How do I send specific callers to specific agents?

Administration > Queue Properties > Pref Agents

 

  1. Press to enter Preferred Agent Group Properties Description
  2. Press then tick preferred agents in Extn column
  3. Apply access timer for each agent in Wait Time column

     

     

  4. Set duration in Time Before Using All Agents field to return to delivery defaults
  5. Select option in ClosedEnable Preferred Agent Group routing using to activate
